How to be a sponsor

As a sponsor, you are donating to the ministries of Open Arms.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors will have a sign prominently displayed on the course; Beverage Cart Sponsors will have advertisement place on the mobile beverage/snack cart that travels the entire course throughout the day; Team Sponsors will have a sign prominently placed during Breakfast and Registration;
Contest Sponsors will be announced during the Luncheon and Award ceremony.
All sponsors will receive recognition in publications and on our website (with a link if applicable) for one-year.

Simply choose the option or options that you would like to sponsor, print this page and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Send it, with your sponsorship fees to Open Arms, P.O. Box 271, Switz City, Indiana 47465, by April 30, 2010, this allows us to have your signage complete prior to the event.

GOLD Sponsorship: Hole donation $100.00
SILVER Sponsorship: Hole donation $75.00
IN MEMORY Sponsorship: Hole donation $50.00
BRONZE Sponsorship: Hole donation $25.00
BEVERAGE Cart Sponsorship: $150.00
TEAM Sponsorship: $200 per team / $50 per person
CONTEST Sponsorship: $25.00
There will be four contests available; 2 Longest Drive contests and 2 Closest-to-Pin Contests.

Suggested deadline for Player/Team Registration is May 6, 2010; but we will continue to take players and teams up to 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event.
