High School Credit
Recovery Program
* Students must make an appointment with the administrative office for intake/orientation |
* Students must attend the intake/orientation. |
* Students under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present during intake. |
* After this, the student must sign a contract of expectation prior to enrolling. |
* Students must have necessary paperwork from the referring high school at the time of intake. |
They will need the following:
* The Withdrawl Interview form from the school (for full-time student). |
* Turning Point Education Centers Credit Approval form with the Principal's signature. |
* Student transcripts and ISTEP scores. |
